Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • A client enrolled under gym membership can cancel their membership when purchased online.
  • If you are not satisfied with us for any reason (no questions asked) you can cancel the membership, when you walk-in to our center for activation.
  • In such case, a client can get the 100% refund of the membership paid online.
  • If for any reason, you are unable to walk-in to our center for activation, we can still cancel and refund your money in full.
  • You can send us an e-mail to support@4s-fitness.com for any questions or concerns regarding the refund.
  • However, we do not allow refund post-activation of the membership.
